Privacy Policy

The short version: RoofCost’s calculators run entirely in your web browser. There are no user accounts, no sign-up forms on the calculator pages, and nothing you enter into a calculator is transmitted to or stored on a server.

What we collect

Nothing from the calculators. Your roof measurements, material choices and estimate inputs are processed locally on your device and are gone when you close the tab, except where a page explicitly says it saves something locally — for example, the interest-list demo form on the For Roofers page stores its entries in your browser’s local storage on your own device, and tells you so on the page.

Hosting and logs

The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. We do not operate a database of visitors.

Cookies

RoofCost does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and message and use them only to reply. We do not sell or share email addresses.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
